How to connect your own agent to notanATS, in six steps.
Create your account first
An agent connects as a user of your notanATS account. If you do not have one yet, request access and sign up first, then sign in. No account, no connection.
Take your API key
In the app, open Settings, then API Keys. That is the key your agent uses, and it is the key you already have: there is no second key to create for agents. Managers can also create their own personal keys.
Turn on agent access
On that key, turn on Enable agent access. The connection is set up once per organisation and approved at organisation level. After that, any active user set up in the organisation's app can connect their own agent.
Connect your agent
Give your agent the key where it asks for one. Or, if your agent offers a marketplace connection (MCP/OAuth), choose notanATS there and approve the connection.
What your agent can do
Your agent can create positions, run the calibration with you, show you your applicants and positions, and advance people. Candidate decisions from the marketplace (MCP/OAuth) arrive as proposals a manager approves first.
notanATS does the screening
notanATS is screening infrastructure. It holds the hiring manager's definition of the work, screens applicants against it and moves the right people to the interview. Your agent operates notanATS. It never screens anyone itself.
