notanATS now screens inside your Workable pipeline
If your team runs on Workable, you can now keep it exactly where it is and still replace the worst step in the funnel. The notanATS Workable integration is live.
What the integration does
You connect Workable to notanATS, calibrate the role with the hiring manager, and choose the pipeline stage where screening should happen. From then on it runs itself. When an applicant reaches that stage in Workable, notanATS invites them to a screening conversation. They complete it on their own schedule, on their own device, without taking a day off. The score, the per-dimension results, and the outcome write back to the applicant's record in Workable, and stage moves happen where you told the system to make them.
Workable stays your system of record. Your team keeps its pipeline, its stages, its reporting. What changes is the screening step itself: instead of someone skimming a stack of résumés at that stage, every applicant gets a real conversation about work they have actually done, and you get a ranked result with the evidence attached.
We ran a full hire through it before calling it live
We do not mark our own features complete on a demo. Before this page said live, we ran a complete cycle on the real integration, end to end: applicants created in Workable, synced across, invited, screened in real conversations, scored, one advanced and marked hired, and every result written back onto the Workable record where the rest of the hiring team could see it. The screenshots on our homepage come from that run, exactly as the product rendered them.
The rest of the list
Workable is first, not last. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor and Zoho Recruit are next, and they all sit on the same integration engine, so each one gets the same shape: applicants in, screening runs, results back on the record. If your ATS is on that list and you want it sooner, tell us at support@notanats.com and you will move it up.
Setting up a Workable role takes minutes: connect, pick the role, pick the stage, calibrate, done.
The fastest way to judge any of this is to run it on a real role. Run a live test. Two postings, no card.
